I wore this look for dinner out in downtown LA. We had planned to go for drinks at Chateau Marmont but (take note fellow travellers!) you need a reservation for the bar! Someone kindly posted on my Instagram post that being a guest of the hotel also gets you in ahead of non-guests. Make sure you book if Chateau Marmont is on your to-do list whilst in LA!

I love this skirt and I got it on sale for $25! It comes with the matching jacket if you want to wear the entire suit, but I find the skirt is a little too mini for the office.
Unfortunately I cannot find a link to the exact top I am wearing as I think it was from a collection a few years back. If you want to have a go finding it, it’s the Lauren Ralph Lauren Cable Knit Boat Neck Sweater in Ivory. Instead, I include a link to a similar sweater that I think will really match the blues in the skirt.
I coveted these shoes for a few months before taking the plunge. They are a little pricey, but so versatile! They make a great alternative to the standard nude court shoe. I couldn’t find these on the actual Dior site (only the lower heel version) so I included a link to a second-hand pair on Vestiaire. If you do live in a city that has a Dior store, some do actually hold the high heel version but I’m told they sell out fast. I used the Dior online chat to check which store in London stocked my size. Both the flagship store on Old Bond Street and Selfridges on Oxford Street had them available.
