NIACINAMIDE?

Niacinamide is a water-soluble form of vitamin B3 which is specifically used for skincare, and known for its soothing and healing properties.  Its benefits are so wide-ranging that adding it to your skin care routine is essentially like taking a daily multivitamin.

In short - EVERYONE. Niacinamide can be used by anyone, even those with sensitive or acne-prone skin. Your skin type will determine which form of niacinamide is best - dry skin types may prefer to incorporate niacinamide into their skincare routine through a rich moisturiser or hydrating toner, whilst oily skin types may prefer a lightweight serum or gel.

The way it is applied depends on the kind of product that's being used. It's always best to refer to the instructions that come with the product to ensure you are reaping the benefits.   The best way to achieve results is to use leave-on niacinamide products; such as toners, serums or moisturisers, and apply them twice a day.   It may be used together with hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid, retinol and vitamin C
